Whats with the "Find all posts by ...." ??

I find it very buggy. If the page if left open for more than 5 or 6 seconds, and you try to move to a different page number, it says no matches. Also I cant type in a page # and click OK as nothing happens when i do.

this happen to anyone else?

The search function, which this is part of, has been broken for quite a while. The admins know about it, but they are not able to get it fixed. They may not be able to get it fixed for quite a while.
This space needs to be filled with a new sig...but I'm too lazy to make one.

Go to the search option on the top. Type in the name you want to see posts about under "Search for Author" and click search and you should see a list of topics you/whoever have posted in.
