is the PM system closed to regular users?

I can't PM mods anymore. I understand closing it down for general usage, though I rather liked that too, but sometimes i liked being able to PM Mods, especially when threads get reported. I only used it once every few months are so, but it was a useful feature.

I liked the PM if you'd care to revive it.

Yah.. expect your kids to have kids before we get PMing powers. It was about a month ago I asked for my name to be changed, and not even I have had a response. Is like we talk, and no one is in the other side.
