How do I upload a photo for my avatar?

I clicked on FAQ...but the info there didn't really address the HOW

This link should take you to the upload area.

When you find an image right click on the image, click properties, and copy the address/location.

Paste what you copied to the open box beside link off-site under the link I provided.
