Clearing the Signature Request Thread

I think its time that we reset the signature request thread. I find that it has gotten really muddled and people hardly complete any of the requests. I just think it would be much easier to fill out peoples requests if we started over. Schools almost over, so I would be able to get many requests done. Just an idea.
