Actually its always my fault seeing as I got banned for not insulting anyone and speaking my mind. And then on the other hand, the rest of the heat fans "trolling" were not.

Or would you like me to post private messages from heat mods in which they used explicit words towards me? According to the realgm guidelines, I believe that is not allowed. Hey but who cares, people with authority can do as they please...

Oh Nooez... I need to cry about it on a message board....

You know to know something, Mopper didn't even put a request for you to be suspended nor has put a comment on your profile.

NO-KG-AI did... and then Howard Mass reviewed it and then suspended you for seven days after your prior trolling on other boards

You want to keep crying about it, why don't you message Howard Mass about how it is everyone else fault and not yours. I mean you are the one who is the victim here, and the mods are the ones who are at fault. Right.

Personally speaking, I would have asked for a ban for you but I was too busy dealing with the bangwagoning posters that I put requests

memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=118783
mcp.php?i=notes&mode=user_notes&u=118683
memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=117532

And that is just in one page of of my requests...

Like I stated before I can care less if I am insulted or if I feel the need to insult a mod. What gets to me is that mods are not held by the same guidelines as us members, which I find extremely wrong.

What's funny is that NO-KG-AI request a ban on me when I am clearly not trolling, however since he is always defending wade and lebron, he feels that everyone must share the same views as him.

Why didn't NO-KG-AI ban the heat fans who had the same views as him when I was having a healthy debate with them?

Also can you please review my posts where I called him out because he stated that he would like to ban me. Look at what I had posted and see if that was considered trolling when I was having a healthy debate with another member. Once I called him out that he had no right and reason to ban me, he changed his tone and stated that he didn't feel like banning me anymore. It should all be in the history...

And mavs4life123 - we all have a file. I have been suspended before and have a thread on me that makes note of my senseless posts, it's life on forums. Don't attack posters or get in fights on the interwebz or make stupid threads and you'll be fine.

I'm sorry Rasho, its true. You are an ****

You know to know something, Mopper didn't even put a request for you to be suspended nor has put a comment on your profile.

lulz, THANK YOU. I was reading this thread randomly and was really confused as to why my name kept popping up. All I did was edit a post where mavs called someone a fool lol...I was feeling nice and decided to give an informal PM warning, rather than a formal warning and/or suspension request, either of which would've been appropriate.

NO-KG-AI did... and then Howard Mass reviewed it and then suspended you for seven days after your prior trolling on other boards

Yeah, suspension =/= ban. Lets use the proper terminology here.

mavs4life123 wrote: What gets to me is that mods are not held by the same guidelines as us members, which I find extremely wrong.

Look man, take it from me, the mod who's been the nicest and most gentle with you...if you're posting in a respectful manner, and a mod is inappropriate with you, other mods will talk to him/her and get it straightened out.

If you're posting in a disrespectful, making all sorts of insulting generalizations to entire fanbases, or insulting specific posters, both of which seem to be favorite pass-times for you, then nobody is going to have any sympathy for your complaints about not being treated with respect. This is doubly-true when you then come and complain about the way you're being treated. Throwing things like this in to a thread about the way you're being moderated is not getting you anywhere lol:

I believe you can go back and come to a conclusion that the issues with me stem from Heat fans not being able to take any logical criticism about their team. Its like all of a sudden, they feel the need to defend Lebron like no other.

Coming on to this board to re-litigate some argument isn't going to win you any points, its only going to make mods take you and your complaints less seriously. Especially, again, when you're making insulting generalizations to entire fan bases.

If you conduct yourself properly, I think you'll find yourself (a) free of joking/insults/eye-rolling from mods, and (b) actually protected from trolls. Unfortunately, you as yet have not seemed to figure out how to conduct yourself properly, so the little pity party you're throwing yourself here is not going to be taken very seriously.

What's funny is that NO-KG-AI request a ban on me when I am clearly not trolling,

lulz, somehow I doubt that

Why didn't NO-KG-AI ban the heat fans who had the same views as him when I was having a healthy debate with them?

"healthy" debate? Really? That would be the exception, not the rule, with you.

Also can you please review my posts where I called him out because he stated that he would like to ban me. I believe you were referring to this thread.

Here's what NO-KG-AI said:

I don't even want to ban or suspend him, because it's funny just to watch him follow me around and cry and try to make me mad

The "reasonable debate" you were having with another poster started with this gem of a conversation opener:

mavs4life123 wrote:Your opinion is correct but I hate when people make (Please Use More Appropriate Word) comments like the one you just made..You have never seen prime Shaq play.

Up to that point, we had 8 responses, all pretty reasonable, nobody insulting anybody, no flaming or baiting. Then, you demonstrated exactly what's been talked about here, your complete inability to engage in debate without insulting someone. You couldn't even agree with someone without calling him "(Please Use More Appropriate Word)" lol.

Then I wrote:

The only thing "(Please Use More Appropriate Word)" is you suggesting that he's never seen "prime" Shaq play. He's talking about Shaq in 99-02, when he was playing with Kobe, and you're bringing up a playoff series from the 94-95 season.

So basically, not only were you way off, but you were a huge dick about it too.

...and NO-KG-AI wrote:

That guy comes into every thread and calls everyone "teen" or tells them they haven't saw someone play.

Someone is either really old and bitter, or really young and insecure.

So, after a string of suspendable offenses, instead of reacting to a post where you called another user "(Please Use More Appropriate Word)" by, say, suspending you, we gave you a little bit of what you constantly dish out, and you immediately climbed up on the cross.

Please. In order to find that thread I had to sift through dozens of posts from you, the vast majority of which each individually was suspension-worthy (see Schadenfreude's post about that), the entirety of which was certainly ban-worthy, and it was only in like 3 days worth of posting lol. And you're upset that after you called someone (Please Use More Appropriate Word), I said it was a dick thing to do and NO-KG-AI pointed out that you're constantly insulting people?

You should consider yourself lucky to still be on this site.
