I suggest this:

1. if you don't like a post, flag it. Let the mods deal with it
2. if you think a mod is out of line, PM them and politely explain why
3. if things continue and you think offensive posts are still on there, politely report it on this board or PM HowardMass.

It's difficult to explain. Racist folk on the OTB truly do not exist or at least to my knowledge. They just a bunch of folk who don't get offended as much as others. They can tell what a joke is and what is not. And, they are multi-cultural.
