Guys,

I am thinking about doing something by Tuesday so at the very least the cavs fans with LeBron in their names can change.

I like it. I propose the widespread generic switches. For example everyone with a Bosh related name will get something like "muffin" instead. So cb469 would now be muffin469.

Saves everyone from opening day embarrassment!

Sigh, so LeBron is a good enough player to warrant name switches but Arenas' problems don't entitle me to one? That would be just wonderful. :roll:

Your Arenas avatar is optional. Without that no one would truly notice your names relations because honestly, who actively thinks about Gilbert Arenas' nickname anymore?

The Wizards fans on the Wizards forum I post will surely associate the Zero with Arenas regardless of the avatar (which will be changed if I can receive the name change I applied for).

Anyway, I appreciate that a new solution has been agreed on for Name Changes. Thanks to the mods for all their help.
