About the PM function

I've looked into the FAQs, and it says the PM function won't work only when Mods have turned it off. For what it's worth, is it permanently turned off? Because I literally cannot message anyone on the forum excepting Mods, and I'm just wondering if that's an issue with my account or it's in a disabled mode for RealGM in general.

@ardee: we regret to inform you that we currently do not allow private messages between user/user for a few reasons. In the future we may look into changing this.

ardee: We are working on bringing it back and plan to do so. It might not be till the first quarter of next year as we need to do some other things first but it is coming.
