I'm not sure about a subforum like that, but if it were to happen, this is where my "Bronze, Silver & Gold" threads idea could tie in.

Have a list of threads with most And1s (aka Gold threads) so posters can see all the quality threads that RealGM has.
However, the main problem I see with a subforum like that is that posters would browse through old threads and end up bumping all kinds of older threads from past seasons and whatnot.
