What's the banning process like?
I was in a situation with some Lakers mods getting personal. Not with me but some other members. Is there a comission of mods that bans people or any mod can do it on it's own?

Bans depend on the severity. Usually they will give a few warnings/suspensions and then ban you. If you are truly doing something despicable ( I don't know clear examples, maybe posting pornograhic videos) then they won't even warn you and you're out. Keep in mind the mods only have the power to suspend a user for a few hours. Howard or another admin has final say in doing the bans and would look over the case himself before that.
