I think it's likely to be some kind of code error. Maybe they're testing the implementation of a - And1 feature and that's causing errors to spring up across the boards.

The problem wasn't a hacker and it definitely wasn't a corrupt mod. Hopefully the issue is resolved now. It looks like someone was able to exploit giving And1s, but I've added quite a few security precautions to prevent it from happening. I also tried to reset all of the user and post And1 counts to accurately reflect the legit And1s they were given.
