About 3 years ago I got into a small altercation with YogiStewart

He had started a thread about Noah Syndergaard calling a friend "f_gg_t" over Twitter

I didn't think Noah had intended to be malicious and I said as much

Yogi decided to make things personal by saying "Of course you would feel that way"

It was a small, unnecessary jab directed at me and I returned in kind by asking if airlines make him check his high-horse when he flies or if he's allowed to carry it on the plane (I was calling him judgmental)

His response was to immediately ban me and post the following in the thread for all to see:

i just want you to read this before you're banned.
these are the notes on your profile. all of these were left by mods on a few different boards:

I posted in a thread about Jose Bautista's bat flip incident and here's how one of the posters decided to respond:

Now, the truth is I couldn't care less what someone says about me online, but I reported the insult to see if justice would be done

After thoroughly investigating the issue, I have decided not to censure Fairview4Life after concluding that he was correct and you were indeed a bad person with dumb opinions.

It's pretty clear some of your mods have a personal vendetta towards me

If you're fine with the way they've conducted themselves when dealing with me, then just go ahead and ban me

But if I'm not banned, then I should be treated fairly as any other poster would

Let's throw this out there.

First of all, you're kvetching and moaning because you didn't get the satisfaction of seeing Fairview suspended for his comment about you. After a lengthy PM conversation with me where you demonstrated a complete lack of ability to pay attention to anything that wasn't your own opinion, you have now started this "rage at the world over what happened, woe is me for I am aggrieved" thread, and you don't even realize that Schad was joking with you because of how dreadfully useless a poster you are, because Mickey Davis actually delivered the warning to Fairview for the post you reported.

So not only are you a recidivist offender who is incensed when someone else treats him the way he treats others, you are also remarkably uptight and entirely without the capacity humor.

UN, do you think the mod crew has forgotten the catalog of warnings and suspensions you've received in the last 4 years or so since you activated this user name? We have not. We're well-familiar with your shtick and do not appreciate it. For you to come to the Feedback forum with this crap after how much "not banning you" leeway you've received from the mod crew is just flatly offensive. Your conduct has been ludicrously inappropriate on multiple levels and in multiple forums.

So, if you please, we shall all thank you to be quiet and stop making waves for no good reason. You're a bad poster who flagrantly violates the rules, but you're trying to kick up a fuss over a post which was actually dealt with in the appropriate fashion. The mod crew's job is not to give you satisfaction, it is to curtail inappropriate behavior.

Enough is enough.
