If this is happening only on one website, there is probably some poorly implemented JavaScript on the page and IE is doing you a favor by providing the "Stop script" option.

I get this pop-up message constantly, but only at this site. When I hit "Stop Script" on the pop-up, things are fine.

It's probably a random advertisement that is lagging things
