Is there any way to report a moderator?

Refer to topic question.

A moderator gave me a strike in a thread that had been locked for several days. I need to see if there is course of action I can take. That is simply absurd.

Nah, as Howard says send him a pm. Keep it low key. I can tell you from personal experience he'll deal with this.
Comments to rationalize bad contracts -
1) It's less than the MLE
2) He can be traded later
3) It's only __% of the cap
4) The cap is going up
5) It's only __ years
6) He's a good mentor/locker room guy
