That everyone who starts a topic here ends up getting banned? Here are some examples.

No, it isn't damning at all. It wasn't implied that he would be banned for posting on this forum...it was implied that he would be banned because he was one warning away already, and he was a giant, gaping anus incapable of doing anything but trolling, rending his garments and claiming martyrdom. Posting here had nothing to do with it.

You listed 5 or 6 threads out of the 27 pages that have been created on this forum.
The majority of people that create a thread here have a legitimate complaint/problem and we try our best to solve them.
Sometimes though like in a few of the threads you have listed it's just a horrible member trying to play the victim. I actually think 3 of the threads listed are from the same person on 3 different accounts.
This forum is not used to weed out bad members, but normally the ones complaining are the ones getting the warnings. Follow the terms of service and post like an adult and you'll never hear from a Moderator ever.

Seriously though this seems like a bad description of the situation, especially when you leave out specific posts saying quit whining or you will be banned. Even from me reading that topic I can't figure out why he was getting banned, because none of the mods really gave a detailed reason as to what he was doing wrong.
However, I am going to stop, because I don't really care about why this poster got banned, However, you probably owe it to yourself to give a real description of the situation, or at least owe it to him. Anyway, I hope you at least understood why there is confusion as to why people who post here always get banned. From your description of the other topics, you seem to make a good point, as well as Little Ozzy. So I will leave this topic satisfied with your response.

Hobo wasn't just whining here, though. He was whining on the Raptors board, sending whiny emails (or PMs, or both, can't remember), and generally being an incomparable tool. The Orlando Magic board named him their Troll of the Year...which he proudly displayed in a sig, while whining about it. I'm guessing that he also whined to his dog, his mother, his houseplants, and any number of innocent bystanders, but we were thankfully spared from that.
And I don't mind a good whine here or there, because occasionally we do something stupid or something borderline that merits a little whine...if it's actually justified, it will be taken seriously. There seems to be the perception that the mods close ranks and defend each other against all gripes of the common man, but that ignores the reality that half of us are complete assh*les whose only experience with solidarity comes from not eating enough bran, and besides, we all hate Yuri.
