Complaint towards Flash3.

Where can I send a complaint about this guy, every time I make a comment about Miami either on the GB or the Heat board, he gives me a warning like I'm trolling. I really don'r understand his reasons behind it. Because I'm a Raptors fan, I can't make comments about another team?
