PC/Electronics help board?

Quite often on the OTB, Media Lounge, and team forums, someone will make a thread asking for help with a computer problem, or a problem regarding some other electronic. Whether it's "how do I convert this to this", "why isn't this working", "what's the best way to go about setting this up", etc. I think a forum dedicated to PC/electronics help would make a lot of sense.
