OT - Permanently Banned - IP Address Issue

Hi there,
Apologies that I'm posting this on the board/via a thread - please lock.
Over the last number of weeks I have sent messages to the board administrator via the Real GM web site and directly via email and have not received a response. When logging into Real GM at work, I receive a message saying that the IP address has been permanently banned. This happened once before and the IP was unblocked within a day or so after I received a response back via email.
If one of the administrators could please respond to the messages sent via email or the Real GM site, it would be appreciated. I’m not sure I understand why the IP address has been (and continues) to be banned.
Again, apologies for posting this on the board. I wasn't sure how else to get this message across.
