Whenever you open the Smiley pop up, right click on the smiley of your choice and use the proper URL and than put it in between [img]smiley.gif[/img].

It's pretty clear that is the best anger smiley and should replace on the list of shortcut smilies.

Not true.

Even if it was true, its not as much a pressing issue as there being a lack of the tongue smiley.

Its honestly downright horrendous. Ruins the entire experience for me.
