Unwarranted Warning Issued?

I'm not sure this is the right forum...Little Ozzy just said to post my complaints on the Feedback Forum...so here goes...



I have issue with a warning I was just given by Ozzy...

Basically, I had made a joke about becoming the GM of the Raps...and that I would hire one of the other posters as an advisor...which comes with a parking spot

Ozzy then publicly warns me about trying to derail the thread...even though I had contributed more to the thread than anyone else


We continued debating over my philosophy for team building...which Ozzy continued to call "stupid"...despite the fact he was misunderstanding it (as was pointed out to him by others)

I then asked him to please not 'derail my philosophy'...since he was clearly not grasping the concept


That's when he issued an official Board Warning


I then questioned why I had been issued the warning and this was his response...

"You mentioned me derailing the thread which would be a warning that a Mod would hand out."

Only I hadn't said anything about derailing the thread...only my philosophy

He responded again...

"It was either backseat moderating or a jab at me for warning you originally, both warrant a warning either way you look at it."


So basically...

Ozzy publicly bashes me

I tell Ozzy to stop

I get issued a warning


That doesn't seem right to me. It seems like he made it personal...
