Flash3 should recuse himself from modding Heat threads

It's a conflict of interest for him to mod threads about his team on the general board. He seems to lock quite a few of them, seemingly arbitrarily. Maybe pride and emotions are getting in the way of his responsibilities.
A good, common-sense rule would be to not allow mods on the general board to moderate threads about their own team or players on the general board.

I'm sorry but when other non-Heat mods and posters alert the other GB mods as a thread to be: redundant, possible troll/flamewar generating, and other unneeded issues for the entire GB mod team, it's only me deciding to close a thread?
I'm sorry. Any GB mod can see the mod log and see who reported what and why a certain thread was locked. This is so these sort of issues are in plain sight and there is no conflict of interest, as you're accusing here.
I don't think you realize how much issues come from a thread as such where the entire GB mod team has to stop what we are doing and some are:
- edit the post
- warn the poster
- log comments within the profile
- log profile comments with accused issue
- send PMs

PM the Mod in question INSTEAD of calling them out.
Thanks,
