Calm down, I believe you a little premature. It has to get board of director approval before it is actually official.

you want to get Wpg fans on board w/this site as soon as possible.
I'd put a Winnipeg board up asap and if things don't work out, just suspend the board. hell, there's still a Sonics board hiding in the ether.
