Can users write articles?

Maybe the users can write articles about their team. For example, I would write about the Maple leafs and the Blue Jays. It would be done for free, just like how MOD's do things for free. There would be a schedule, like I would write on fridays and saturdays. People would have to qualify for it. Just a thought.
