Is there a feature where you can paste a table or spreadsheet from a text file? Something with vertical and horizontal columns that are indented to organize stats.

Or do we need to make our own spreadsheet in excel, take a screenshot from that and then post the picture?

I think you can use the Code button when creating a thread to make it mono-spaced. That would give you some control over the spacing. Outside of that, taking a screen shot is probably your best bet. You can't post tables or other HTML in a message.
