Apparently I'm an idiot, but I can never get quotes to show up in a box like they should.
Could a mod or someone else help me out here.

Copy and paste that and see if it works. You can also hit the "quote" button on the upper right hand corner of the post to reply and quote in one swift action.

What happens when you hit the Quote button on the top right of a post?
