Tagging posters

I think there should be a function that allows people to tag other posters in their reply. And it would be as a simple as a notification for those who are tagged. The reason being, not having to check and go through each page of a topic to see if someone replied to or quoted any of your posts. I think this would be a huge step forward for realgm.
