On a forum I visit which is about my countries main sport. Anyway, they've recently performed upgrades and now when someone quotes your post you receive a notification and upon clicking it, the forum provides a link to the post and you can read what the users response says. This would be a great thing for this forum because I find it impossible to remember all of the threads I post in especially when I can't view my posts in the search function.

Another thing which could be implemented (forgive me if realgm already has it) is a way to subscribe to threads. This would also help when trying to keep up with threads you've posted in, particularly big ones.

Well as you know, we have a lot of things in the works.

I second this. It's a pretty common feature on most forums these days.
