When do Avatar's and sigs come back?

I understand that they were taken down for the draft to prevent the site from crashing....Well done so when do they come back? 24hrs or so?

Feel free to answer and lock, just felt curious.

does anyone know why sometimes the avatars and sigs turn off randomly or is that just me? more often than not the avatars and sigs are on but sometimes when i click on a thread, all of them are off and it isn't until i refresh the page or go to a different page that it goes on again. this never happened to me before until after this year's draft fwiw.
