Malware
There is some malware floating around the forums. A few people have reported it. I have ad block enabled so the source is from somewhere else.
My computer crapped on me after the alert from my antivirus. I couldn't open any web browser or my anti-virus, and my windows theme went all glitchy until I restarted (might have been caused by the AV protecting files, I don't know). Not sure if it's a serious infection or not, but just making you aware.

Yea my Avast! anti-virus has been going off every time I go on this site. Doesn't matter what page I'm on on here it'll go off. I have ad block on as well.

Re: Malware
I am currently experiencing this issue. I have ad-block plus running on my Firefox browser, and Avast ant-virus on my computer. Each time I load a board my anti virus program starts freaking out saying that malicious objects have been blocked. It has been going on since yesterday.

Same here. I have been having Trend Micro up and it blocks 100+ "malicious" URLs risk level "dangerous".

Same here. Started a few minutes ago for me.
My Malwarebytes is popping up regularly showing malicious programs blocked. PC froze up the first time around.

Re: Malware
This is one of the types of objects it is blocking (i've split it so no one will click on it):

there's a long bit after the p as well but i didn't bother to copy it.

Re: Malware
Yeah same here, Avast is freaking out and gave me 50 messages about some Malware. I suspect it's some ad that's running on this site.

Re: Malware
I was about to start a thread on this as well. For me it keeps saying the virus is coming from this link. I'll try to not make it a working link.
insidesnowboarding . com/wp-content/themes/headlines/images/bg-gradient.png
Problem started today and it gets real annoying when the avast keeps warning me.
btw, I'm using firefox and have adblock, so I'm not seeing any ads or anything.

Re: Malware
Just a note, "NoScript" for Firefox appears to block it. I usually don't like using this add-on because it blocks a lot of website content, but I'm not getting the alerts any more since enabling it.

I can confirm that I've been getting this as well. I thought it was just me.

Re: Malware
And now realgm is redirecting me to something else a second after realgm page loads. Only way I got here was by hitting the stop button as soon as realgm shows up.

Re: Malware
I got 55 Avast warnings when I loaded one page in Firefox. I was using Adblock Plus and NoScript w/ scripts globally allowed. Went to a few more pages and it seemed like it happened so often Avast stopped giving me popup warnings and then my page got redirected. Checked Avast and it said it blocked 2000+ things in the Network Shield....
Turned off 'scripts globally allowed' in NoScript and it successfully blocked whatever it was. Usually I just browse with scripts globally allowed because it still provides XSS and clearclick protection without being overly cumbersome.
Tried using Chrome and I got 5 Avast warnings and then it tried to redirect me.

Re: Malware
there's a redirect script leading to numerous different websites loading straight after the realgm page finishes loading. Like everyone else, Avast is warning me of malicious threats.
Hitting 'stop' before the wiretap loads is working but can admins please block the offending source. People shouldn't have to disable javascript just to visit this site safely.

Here's a selection of sites that auto-loaded directly over realgm or in a popup since I posted above:

http://www.wevideos.org/
http://crazyvideosempire.com/facebooksite17.php

I've just disabled javascript in Opera and it has stopped.
