If you have read only access to the General Board why are you not allowed to report disrespectful, racist or inflammatory posts? If you are allowed to read a post then why shouldn't you have the right to report it if there is something illegal or breaking the rules about it? For example if someone personally attacks you on the GB board there is no way for you to report the post using the "!" button. I feel that this is against our rights, if we are allowed to read a post we should be allowed report abusive behavior as easily as any other member.

Because some users who are Board Banned abuse the report function.

I will look into allowing this when we do some forum upgrades after The New Year.
