Any way to put this .gif in my sig?

Hey guys, new to this forum and I want to put this .gif in my sig that I use on another NBA board I frequent.

Is it possible? Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask.
EDIT: To clarify, I mean in my sig like so that people could view it when looking at my post. Otherwise, if I could make it a clickable link, that'd be cool too. Thanks again.
