RealGM Users,

We told everyone that changes were coming to the forums and the first of many have been implemented.

User to User Private Messages have returned after many years to the RealGM Forums.

Here are the details

- All RealGM Accounts that have been registered for at least 100 days have the ability to send Private Messages to users.
- A limit of 150 PM's for every user. You may delete PM's to get back under the limit.
- If you receive an inappropriate PM, just hit the ! Button and it will report the PM to us.
- We have the ability to suspend and if necessary strip users of PM privileges. We will not hesitate to do this.

If anyone has any questions or concerns, please ask them in this thread.

We hope everyone enjoys having PM's back and please do note that more changes are coming to the forums in the coming weeks and months ahead.

I would like to be able to use the search system on here. That's never been available since I've been a user here.

Howard, if 150 is the limit per user, why is there a daily limit?

To stop potential spammers.

Why not have PM be limited to users that have been registered for at least 100 days and have more than 1,000 posts?

We do not want users post-padding to get to a certain number of posts.

Private PMs add posts to your record?

No, they do not.
