This was a perfectly good discussion and it was locked without reason, leading to another poster creating this thread.

I'd either want the Henderson thread reopened for discussion, or a good enough reason as to why it was locked.

its not that hard to admit you said something silly tsherkin, just retract your statement instead of locking a thread that made you look dumb. thats low as hell

I just received a 24 hour ban and a board warning issued apparently from this post.

tsherkin has banned 3-4 Bobcats Realgm board members in the last month, he makes outlandish statements in threads and calls posters "daft" who question it, he then bans anyone who actually has a point when responding to him.

This is an issue for Realgm and a definite abuse of moderator power, whatever agenda he has against Bobcats fans is blatantly obvious.

I have called him out on this numerous times which is the true reason he banned me and issued a warning.

It was locked because the quality of conversation declined to a point that rendered it a bad thread. The inordinate hostility of the Bobcats fans involved was a part of it, as were responses from the other side.

I didn't lock the thread because you think I'm wrong, or because I said something you think is silly. That you continue to make the discussion about me the poster and not about the topic at hand is only further proof that the thread needed to be locked.

Blkbrd reported your post and I issued the warning; a 12-hour suspension is board policy with ALL warnings on the General Board.

I do not make "outlandish" statements. I have opinions that do not align with your own, and when I do not bend my opinion to match yours, you and several other Bobcats fans get hostile and break the TOS. I have no agenda against Bobcats fans, you have a persecution complex and a bad habit of breaking the rules when you get frustrated.

So there's nothing of agenda there either. There's a report function for a reason, and both of the posters clearly committed infractions against board policy. Your comment about "agenda" against a fan base reeks of personal bias in an attempt to perpetuate a nonsense attack because you don't like that I don't have an overly flattering opinion of the players on your roster... which should not come as a surprise, given the type of team that you follow. It's not far different with teams like the Raptors, or any other poor-quality team before they turn the corner.

So kindly take your bitterness and stop bothering me just because I disagree with you. Do not invent nonsense claims to try and discredit me when you and the other posters involved continue to actually and blatantly break the rules.

tsherkin has no agenda towards anyone. He is simply enforcing our General NBA Forum Policy and is great at doing it.

if you say something ridiculous like Gerald Henderson isn't a top 30 SG or Deshawn Stevenson is better than him why are you surprised if people ask you to provide your list or explain your reasoning. there isn't a single post in that thread thats "inordinately hostile" and half the people asking you to back up your claims aren't even bobcats fans. please provide a quote of what posts were so hostile they required thread closure

An opinion that is not the same as yours is not 'ridiculous.'

It is not my fault that you don't yet know how to disagree in a civil fashion. That is indicative of the tone of posts inthat thread, ornwhen Sik infant started commenting on my undertanding of statistical analysis. Address content, not posters, andyou will have fewer troubles.

You're a poster with a long and well-documented history of trolling, baiting and personal attacks; your fitness for commentary here is limited. You are constantly starting things and bein overly hostile and aggressive towards other posters and this was yet another example. Don't come in here with your frustration and bitterness and expect anything other than the response you are receiving. You guys started problems and because there are three of you and I have been involved in your warnings and suspensions a lot, you are using me as a focus for deflection, but it isnt going to be entertained any further.
