Seem's like every pic on the main headline is more awkward than the last.

i personally like the pics used. whoever's in charge of that is doing a good job.

it's not that big of a deal anyway. the content of the article is more important.

No, I think it's hilarious. I just wanted to see if anyone else besides myself noticed it.

We definitely don't purposely use funny pictures, but we're occasionally limited on what is available. In general, we select pictures that are as normal as possible.

Not a whole lot of photos available for Bynum and Royce White over the past year. :D

No awkward caption for this one, but seriously you should embrace awkward pictures or find someone new to select them

Gek and I Love PA,

Like CR Reina says, were occasionally limited to what is available but we try to pick the best picture possible.

You don't have to admit you use ridiculous pictures, we all appreciate it though . The obscure titles back in the day where cool too.

For example:

Hey Nick, reality bites
Added: 4th February, 2002
Kyle Ringo of the Rocky Mountain News reports some disturbing news to Nuggets guard Nick Van Exel, no one wants you!

After requesting to be traded two months ago yet still remaining in Denver, it looks like Van Exel has resorted to asking reporters if they have heard anything, like what happened on Friday before the Nuggets took on the Kings. The answer was not what Van Exel was looking for, with the reporter stating that teams are looking to acquire teammate Raef LaFrentz, not he.

"I get calls about Raef all the time," Denver GM Kiki Vandeweghe said.

Vandeweghe knows that teams will attack an injured animal, meaning he'll get less for Van Exel as the opposition knows he is unhappy and wants out, so the best bet is for the Nuggets to package Van Exel and LaFrentz together - wanted with unwanted - in order to strike a deal.

"I'm certainly not looking to trade anybody, but it's no secret I get calls about our guys all the time," Vandeweghe said. "I would say most of the NBA would love to have Raef on their team."
