With some users it is hard to tell who their favorite team is. It would be nice if there was an option to add a logo or just the name of the team underneath your username without using an avatar.

Something like

Posts: 1000000
And1: 1000
Joined: Oct 29, 2013
Favorite NBA team: Boston Celtics

We have a lot of great upgrades planned.

Hope it's just a small logo, similar to what the NBA sub-reddit has. Nothing huge. This should be the largest.

I'm not sure how big or small it will be but were planning to do it.

Yeah, especially when you are a fan of the Bobcats. You don't want everyone knowing you are a fan of that team.

I know this is off-topic, but for forum upgrades, are you planning on having like gold members and silver members? Maybe a 5 dollar fee for silver, 10 dollars for gold or something?

That would be a good idea.

I like the idea of some type of graphic rather than just text.

Instead of a logo, it could just be some type of small badge with the team's colors and the location (e.g. LAL, SAS, NYK, etc.)

It would be a nice feature to allow posters to add more of an identity to their info. The reason I suggest a small badge rather than a logo is because some posters might like a subtle representation rather than having something too colorful and detailed. They might want something simple that gets the point across and doesn't look to messy/distracting when viewed alongside their avatar and signature. Because if it's a logo or whatever, it'll look like posters have two avatars.

How about paying us per quality post

Me and some others have been saying this for a while. I think it's a great idea.

I'm glad everyone seems to like this idea. As Howard said, it's something we are going to implement down the road.
