Sorry to have to post this here but I am unable to send a PM and could not find a better way of getting in touch.
I appear to have been put on "read-only accesss" for the General NBA forum, and I'm wondering how and why this happened.
I have not received a "warning" notification via my user control panel, PM inbox, or email inbox, and according to the General NBA forum policy thread, a user gets warned at least twice before being put on ROA.
Please advise.

You have two registered strikes on your profile, both for spam. Nov 19 and Jan 15.

Wow. Why was I not notified of these or given a warning?
I have no idea what I was accused for spam for on Nov 19 but I know which thread of mine got deleted from Jan 15 because I can no longer find it on the forum. It was a genuine discussion of Kravstov's free throw incident in the Knicks/Suns games the night before, it ran 3 pages long and I didn't see a single person call me out for spamming.
Similar threads pointing out funny NBA moments pop up all the time so I had no idea I was doing something wrong. A gif of Kendrick Perkins missing a layup was the topic of a new thread just 3 days earlier: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1296906&start=0 Why the double standard?
Not trying to be a smart ass here, I'm just genuinely bemused.
Again, please advise.

Re: Mods, please help
The warnings were registered. That specific thread was removed because you were spamming your blog again, without checking with the GB mods for permission. Notification was definitely sent in both cases, and a PM about your ROA status.

You can also appeal the decision. Only once every 60 days

That is very true provided you have o warning on any other forums.

This is simply not true. I have not received any PMs or notifications. My PM inbox is literally empty.
If I had knowingly received a warning and I had gone ahead and ignored it then fair enough, but I had no idea.

As tsherkin says, info is in the GB Policy Announced atop the forum.
