Whenever I refresh a thread, (for example the raps gamethread from today) I keep getting notifications when users post in that thread. Even when im not being quoted i am getting notifications. Whats going on?

You may have subscribed to that thread.

Just enter the thread, scroll all the way down and hit unsubscribe.
