That's not how it works, there is an appeal process and if you come off with that sort of attitude (where you blame others) then they probably will reject your appeal

That's not how it works, there is an appeal process and if you come off with that sort of attitude (where you blame others) then they probably will reject your appeal

I'm not blaming anyone. I'm at peace with the decision made years ago. I got to know my board even better. Set up the appeal process.

The appeal process is on you. Read the policy thread and follow the instructions; this is not a promising beginning.
