I'm actually a front-end web developer by trade, so I mean, the only way we'd be able to see if this is still doing this is by testing. So unless you guys have an internal dev server by which you can test changes, the only way I'd be able to see if it still does it is by someone making a post with profanity in the title, then waiting for that to propagate on the home page widget.
