Why was my Top 25 - 25 & Under optic locked, while it's something which took time & efffort to create it as it was, with good back up info, locked while stufff like this is still open:

And not even any reasoning as to why it is locked.... What's going on guys? I dont remember this going on when I was a mod here.

The public answer is this:

Pay even peripheral attention to the way RealGM is set up, and you'll end up following the TOS you signed up for, which is to say putting stuff where it belongs. That thread was a super-obvious PC Board thread, and you just didn't put it in the correct forum.
