Issue Uploading An Avatar

A couple of weeks ago my avatar wasn't visible, so I deleted it
I've tried uploading a new avatar from several different sites but each time it says "Please select images from allowed sites"

Is it possible to have an admin upload it to my profile?
Or maybe let me know what the issue might be?
