RealGM

I saw someone else mention this the other day so I know I'm not alone. Browsing RealGM on my phone is impossible. It barely loads anything and even when it does it loads half the page and then freezes up my browser so I can't do anything else unless I close the window.

Is anyone else getting this problem and if so does anyone know why this is happening? Not a big fan of the app which I'm typing this on now but it's the only way I can browse unless I go on my computer.

Edit: also my apologies if this is being discussed elsewhere. I didn't see anything. If it is, feel free to lock this up.

Yeah, I have the same problem.

Realgm has been having many issues the last couple of weeks it seems.

Oddly, for me, RealGM has been horrible on my computer lately but ok on my phone.

I have noticed this to happen on safari on my iphone (6 plus). I downloaded chrome the other day and it seems to work..

Yeah I noticed this on my Chrome browser on my phone, RealGm won't load at times.

Same here. I was starting to think it was my phone. I can't be as active as I want anymore.

Yeah same issue, glad I'm not the only one.

I also tend to switch around between laptop/PC/phone and noticed the "jump to first unread post" thing doesn't carry. Probably for the last week or so. It'd always restart me on the first post even if I were 10 pages in the thread before switching devices.

They been working on realgm lately. It was much worse about a week ago

I switched to chrome as well because I was having issues on my other browser and it definitely has been better, but it still randomly freezes on my. On my other browser, it would freezer every time.

Yeah mine randomly freezes as well on chrome and I have to close the program.

I disabled Javascript in Chrome to use RealGM. I can't see most embeds or Wiretap comments, but it's a lot faster and no more Google Play redirects.

Yeah, this mostly isn't a mobile-specific problem. There have been server-side issues for a while now that have been totally cutting the legs out from under the boards in terms of performance and even basic accessibility. The dev/admin team knows and is on it, trying their best to sort it all out.

Happens for me using Chrome on iPhone 6+. Fine on desktop, PC and Mac.

Mine freezes on chrome and Android Internet browser.

It also redirects to an ad site which can't be redirected 'back'. Like a spam hack. It then pops up an app to download in the google apps store.

I have run into this before, but haven't had this issue in a few weeks.

Any word on the server issues? Reading the forum is a struggle during every game time, let alone posting.

The admin team is on this, believe me. It's just rough, because it's nothing directly in their control.

My login is no longer in sync between my pc and mobile, which means threads aren't marked read when switching back and forth.

Frustrating to keep up with threads when bouncing between the two.

Is anyone still having trouble?
