Our Mods barely participate in conversations.
The raptors board is becoming unbearable. It's turned into meta arguments about negative and positive posters. I think we have great mods, I just think we need to see more of them. It would go a long way to help shape the conversations a little better.

We do what we can. Often, we're busy moderating, or just reading. It's one of the larger boards out there, and some of the threads are quite active. Any individual poster can post in only so many threads and only so often. It would be nice if posters were more capable of behaving themselves, too, but c'est la vie.

This isnt new to the Raps boards. From TJ/Jose to Tank or not tank, there have been alot of divisive/polarizing topics. All I can suggest is govern yourself accordingly. I get frustrated with the board too, but moderating it more stringently is only going to cause more complaints (and I am an advocate of more stern moderating). Like tsherkin said, its up to the posters, and aslong as they arent breaking protocols, it is what it is.

I am working to get Moderators more involved in discussions.
