Hi, sorry if this is a dumb question, but why can't I send private messages? Is it because of my warning level? I was immature when I got it but I feel enough time has passed that I should be able to like challange it or something

PM Howard Mass, he probably can discuss it with you in private. I don't think there is any formal appeal process if you got it stripped but Howard is very fair.
