Division Listings in Hockey Menu

The divisions listed in the main menu dropdown for Hockey are out of date. I am not sure if its the moderators responsibility to fix this or someone else, but it would be nice to have them reflect the divisions exist today.

Our Programmer is stretched far but hopefully they will get to it soon.
