Is there a software update that can be implemented to tag posters in a specific thread?

We receive notifications when we are quoted - how about receiving a notification when the @ symbol is used before a posters' username?

Good luck. You just have to use the quote thing...that's the way I tag posters even if they are not involved in thread

Definitely a good idea, but just providing a solution for now....quote a post and if you want to pull another poster into it, sub the name between the = signs in the quote and that person will get the notification. Hopefully there are more options in the future.
