How to appeal ?

Hi there,
I was looking for that answer but all i got is outdated thread. I did check on mass dispatch and Forum rules and FAQ.
I have read access only on the general board for years now for posting 2 gifs

For the information, i followed that simple procedure and it worked for me, i got my strikes removed.
