Guys, I use FairAdBlocker and didn't even know there WERE any redirects. Or popups. Or anything else.

It's certainly not a great sign for the site that right now my "blocked" counter for realgm has spiked to 66 items on this visit btw, but it is imminently controllable with the right ad blocker. the only problem being if everybody runs them then the advertisers quit paying the sites, adn how do the sites stay open?

Firefox Focus on iPhone seems to be loading realgm smoothly.

Adblock Browser on your mobile and Adblock on your computer.

**** was unbearable but I got Ad-Blocker and then ADGuard and haven’t had issues. I only use the mobile version or iPad version never desktop

Yeah, every time this happens I think this is literally stuff that should only happen if you browse porn sites in the year 1998. Really bad look for realgm.

It's to the point I open up a new window tab instead of clicking on a thread now.

Over the years it seems to get bad for a little while, then go back to "usual" for me.

I’m on my iPhone rn and the adware redirects were a HUGE problem for me a few weeks ago. Idk what happened but they all went away recently and the site has been fine since and I’m hoping it stays that way. I’m using chrome btw

Ublock Origin + no script on my Firefox browser = I haven't seen an ad for years.

Folks, I'm going to move this to the 'feedback' section, but I'm going to leave a shadow topic on the GB. The tech people who address such issues are morel likely to see it there, so please continue reporting your experiences and concerns.

For what it's worth, I'm using Firefox on both Android and iOS and have no issues with pop-ups or ads on either OS.

use the opera browser bro, best, and fastest browser i've used to date, with built in pop up blockers and vpn, plus dark mode

I switched to Opera a few weeks ago after Firefox broke my add-ons for the last time. It actually has been pretty good. Will check out Dark Mode.

We're very sorry for these issues returning. Unauthorized redirects unfortunately plague many sites intermittently and is a constant struggle to prevent. We've begun to look at where these are originating from already and will update this thread as we gather information.

This "Stanza" add is unclosable for me and blocks the whole site while visiting on mobile. Really annoying.

it Only appears as such on mobile. You can faintly see the forums in the background and if you scroll, it only scrolls the add and there is no closing button. If you click on ANYWHERE there, it directs to Stanza website
The calendar it offers varies depending on the forum I am in.
