1. Requirements to explain in detail any warning given. Otherwise its not going to succeed as a warning if people don't know what was wrong (duh)
2. Quick links for reporting abuse of power as well as an ability for posters to rate ability of Moderators. This helps ensure the community is best represented and users not alienated.
