Really Annoying Ad

Hey,
Not sure if you guys are seeing this new ad which I found today but at the top of many pages I get this ad saying "You are the 1,000,000th visitor, Congradulations you won". My problem is this ad keeps making the 'MSN Messenger signing out sound' every couple seconds. I know it is this ad specifically because everytime it loads at the top of a page it keeps making these noises and when its a different ad there's nothing. It is really getting annoying. Is there any way that Mods or someone can control the ad and atleast get the sound taken off? Please send me a PM if you decide to lock this and let me know. Thanks.
